Like everything you read or learn whether it be in books, on the internet, through seminars, etc., you need to do your own research too. I really believe that many parents can benefit from my experiences as I can from theirs, but you still need to do your own research and when appropriate check with your child's health care provider or other specialist to be sure that it is best for your child.
